Microfiber polyester staple fiber is a special chemical fiber with a fiber fineness far lower than that of ordinary polyester. The core commonality of this type of product lies in its extremely fine fiber diameter, which endows the material with a high specific surface area, a soft feel, and a dense microporous structure. Based on these physical properties, microfiber polyester staple fiber generally possesses excellent adsorption, filtration performance, cleaning ability, and superior loft and warmth retention.

In terms of applications, this type of product is widely used in high-precision wiping cloths, high-performance cleanroom cloths, high-end artificial leather base fabrics, high-efficiency filter materials, and soft, warm fillings. Its highlights include efficient moisture and dust capture, a gentle, skin-friendly feel, and the inherent high strength and durability of polyester.

The ultra-fine fiber diameter (1.2d) combined with a hollow structure makes it lightweight, with warmth comparable to down.

The extremely fine fibers provide a delicate feel, similar to natural down.

It also overcomes the potential drawbacks of natural down, such as allergies, easy leakage, and high price.

Main applications:
Clothing filling: widely used in high-end down jackets, winter clothing, skiwear, thermal underwear, etc., as a substitute for down.

As a filling material for high-end down jackets, down comforters, down pillows, and other premium products, it maintains a delicate touch while reducing clumping after filling, resulting in more even warmth. The production line adopted the advanced direct esterification "five-reactor" polymerization and direct spinning process from the China Textile Industry Design and Research Institute, a technology superior to that of DuPont (USA) and Gemma (Germany). Spinning and winding equipment were imported from Barmag (Germany) with fully automated production lines, ensuring product quality exceeding industry standards. The company offers a complete range of product specifications, currently including nearly 20 types of conventional and flat yarns.
